Dimas Garcia served as a military interrogator with two combat deployments to Iraq. During enlistment, Dimas was identified as a subject matter expert in military interrogation and was selected to create large scale training of source operations and interrogation techniques, while also training foreign national units in combat areas. Dimas received multiple certifications in advanced interviewing, source operations, debriefing, and interrogation techniques. Upon leaving the military, Dimas joined a Department of Defense military intelligence school as an instructor teaching advanced source operations..
Upon leaving the military, Dimas honed his investigative skills in the corporate world with two Fortune 500 companies where he became a senior investigator training new employees in identifying trends in crime rings and internal fraud. Dimas became a specialist in interviews obtaining confessions using ethical and non-accusatory methods.

During her enlistment, she was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan in support of combat operations, where she served as a leader of a Tactical Human Intelligence Team conducting source operations, as well as performing numerous interrogations, in both tactical and Brigade level environments.
Upon leaving the Army, Ms. Lawless worked as an instructor for the Department of Defense (DoD) Source Operations Course, teaching advanced covert Human Intelligence collection skills and tactics. She also earned a degree in Intelligence Operations from Cochise College, a BA in Middle Eastern and North African Studies with a minor in Persian Farsi from the University of Arizona, and is currently working on her BS in Cybersecurity at Southern New Hampshire University.

Hank furthered his education by earning an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources and interviewing. He has transitioned from his military career into the entrepreneurial sphere, owning successful businesses in Utah and Wyoming.
Hank credits his success to the interpersonal communication skills developed in the military and throughout his careers.
